South Africa has 11 different offical languages but only one word for barbeque: Braai. The 'Mzansi Braai Institute' even wanted to rebrand the "Heritage Day" in >> "National Braai Day" and none other than nobel price winner bishop Desmond Tutu act as >> patron of this campaign. In his inaugural speech he even award the pastime an unifying force in a divided country, donning an apron and tucking into a sausage.
